Morning Session
Finding YourSelf: Personal Values for your Career and Your Life
Good leaders have well-defined values. They are fair, consistent, and they believe in something bigger than themselves. Most people can feel their values, but very few have them formally defined. It can be an intimidating process - where do you even start?
This highly interactive workshop follows the tried-and-true process found in Be True to Yourself: The Personal Values Workbook. We'll follow six clear steps using a beautiful, fun workbook that is yours to keep.
At the end of this workshop, you'll know:
What you stand for
What you stand against
How you want to live your values as a leader
Afternoon Session
Stepping Up: Leadership Skills that will Matter Now and for the future
Students that come to Lead! say that they want to make a difference in the world, not that they want to squeeze profits and people for corporate gain. That's why we teach inclusion, empathy, courage, and purpose. It's our secret formula for professional fulfillment.
This session will give you practical skills and opportunities to test them out. We'll look at real-world examples and build your confidence as a leader.
At the end of this session, you'll be able to:
Take your place in the world as a modern leader
Differentiate good leaders from bad leaders
Leverage key skills to make a difference
